Role: Regional Architect & Visual Merchandising Project Manager
(2014-2018)

During my time at Parfums Christian Dior, I managed store design and visual merchandising projects for both Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) and Maison Christian Dior. Each project spanned from initial concept development through to store opening, requiring close coordination with multiple stakeholders and partners.

I served as the central point of communication between the global team in Paris, the regional office in Singapore, and local project owners, ensuring that creative vision, brand standards, and operational requirements were aligned at every stage. This included managing collaborations with architects, contractors, and third-party vendors to bring each concept to life.

Working within Dior’s deeply rooted culture and heritage was an invaluable experience — it offered the opportunity to collaborate with talented teams worldwide and gain a deep appreciation for the Dior way of savoir-faire.
