As Store Design and Visual Merchandising Manager for Lancôme - L'Oréal Groupe's largest brand - I adopted a highly strategic and analytical approach to design and project management. With large teams and ambitious plans, delivering exceptional quality on time was essential and non-negotiable.

Driving strong return on investment was at the heart of every major pop-up and launch, and the Lancôme team consistently rose to the challenge. Working on these projects - and alongside such a talented group - was truly a joy!
