Leading the Store Design & Visual Merchandising department at Charlotte tilbury required exceptional time management and a strong ability to translate a rich, charismatic brand story into captivating retail experiences. Charlotte Tilbury is a brand bursting with personality, and the challenge - and joy - was ensuring that this identity was expressed clearly and memorably for both loyal fans and new customers.

With products that speak for themselves, bringing the brand to life in stores, large-scale events, and pop-ups felt natural and intuitive - its magic is simply easy to showcase.

I had the privilege of launching Charlotte Tilbury Malaysia (in Sephora) and contributing to design enhancements across India, experiences that remain highlights in my career.
